Booking through Thursday

Reading. In. Public. Do you do it? Why or why not?

Don’t forget to leave a link to your actual response in the comments—or if you prefer, leave your answers in the comments themselves!

Yes yes yes yes. I read in public, I read in private, I read unless I'm knitting or writing or sleeping. Gracious, what would I do if I weren't reading? I'd starve, I'd fade away, I'd become someone else, I'd stagnate.

I read almost anything - I really love thick biographies of women writers, books about the Pre-Raphaelites, "classics" - I'm omnivorous... And you?

Technically, everyone reads in public - billboards, store signs, etc.

Most of the time, I'd rather be reading in public than talking to them!

Yes! Reading is liking breathing, isn't it?

I read everywhere and anywhere. You can view my comment at Lynne's Little Corner of the World (http://lynneslittlecorner.blogspot.com).

Add me to the list. I read in public. I'd rather be lost in the world created by the words on a page than staring blankly across the room.
